Venn, an Israeli startup that leases and renovates properties before renting them out to individual residents and commercial tenants, announced it has raised $40M in a Series A round. The investors include Pitango Venture Capital, Hamilton Lane — on behalf of the New York State Common Retirement Fund — and Bridges Israel, according to Venn. It plans to use the money to expand in the U.S. and Europe, with the view of reaching 100 cities by 2030.
