New York, NY (October 2, 2023) — CREtech, the largest international community of professionals devoted to technological and sustainable innovation in the real estate sector, announced the Grand Prize Winners for the 10th Annual Real Estate Tech Awards (RETAs). The RETAs are the leading international award honoring the most innovative and cutting-edge companies who have played an integral role in advancing technology in the real estate industry. The awards were presented on stage at CREtech’s annual flagship New York conference, on September 19th-21st at the Javits Center.

The Real Estate Tech Awards are the leading international awards honoring excellence in commercial real estate tech. The awards recognize the most cutting-edge companies who have played an integral role in advancing tech in the real estate industry throughout the year. Backed by the leading voices and thought leaders in the commercial real estate tech industry, the awards were open to startups or technology companies servicing the industry.

This year, there were three grand prize winners and nine runner ups selected by an esteemed panel of judges. Grand prize winners had the opportunity to host a live demo at CREtech’s flagship conference and largest real estate innovation and sustainability event in the world, CREtech New York, on September 19-20, 2023. Additionally, winners received brand recognition in front of CREtech’s global community of over 130,000+ real estate professionals.
