CREtech New York 2026 Announces Main Stage AI Panel Featuring Leaders from Google, OpenAI, Snowflake, and RealPage

Panel C-Suite (5)

NEW YORK, NY – October 15, 2026 – CREtech, the leading global conference and media platform dedicated to innovation and technology in the built world, today announced a Main Stage session at CREtech New York 2026, taking place October 20–21 at the Javits Center in New York City, featuring technology leaders from Google, OpenAI, Snowflake, and Cherre, a RealPage company.

The session, “Real Estate in the Age of AI: What Google, OpenAI, and Snowflake See Coming,” will take place on Tuesday, October 20, from 4:35 PM to 4:55 PM and will examine how artificial intelligence is reshaping the commercial real estate industry, from investment decisions and acquisitions to day-to-day operations and asset management.

As AI moves beyond pilot programs and becomes increasingly embedded in core business operations, commercial real estate firms face mounting pressure to develop meaningful strategies for adoption. The gap between organizations successfully implementing AI and those still evaluating its potential is expected to become an increasingly important factor in long-term competitiveness.

Bringing together perspectives from some of the world's most influential technology companies, the discussion will explore where AI adoption stands today, what separates measurable business outcomes from industry hype, and how real estate organizations can position themselves for the next wave of technological transformation.

Featured speakers include:

  • Nicole McNamara, Head of AI GTM – Power & Energy, Google
  • Thomas Gray, Global Head of Regulated Industry Partnerships, Snowflake
  • Taemie Kim, Director of Workplace Data & AI Transformation, OpenAI
  • L.D. Salmanson, SVP, Cherre, RealPage (Moderator)

The conversation will address the practical implications of AI across commercial real estate, including how owners, operators, and investors can leverage emerging technologies to improve decision-making, unlock operational efficiencies, and build more competitive businesses.

With technology evolving at an unprecedented pace, the session will provide attendees with direct insights into where AI is headed and which capabilities real estate organizations should be prioritizing today.

CREtech New York 2026, taking place October 20–21 at the Javits Center, will bring together thousands of real estate executives, technology innovators, investors, and industry leaders to explore the technologies and strategies transforming the built world.

Under the theme “Commercial Real Estate in the Age of AI,” this year's event will feature more than 150 speakers, Main Stage discussions, technology showcases, and structured networking opportunities designed to connect real estate decision-makers with the companies and solutions shaping the industry's future.
