This partnership solidifies the RETAs as the official awards program for NYC Real Estate Tech Week, with CREtech New York proudly serving as the flagship event.

Organized for the past 11 years by CREtech, the RETAs recognize the most innovative and impactful companies and individuals in the real estate technology sector. These prestigious awards celebrate outstanding achievements and breakthroughs shaping the future of real estate. Winners in each category will have the unique opportunity to join the live Pitch Competition at CREtech New York on November 14. This conference and Pitch Competition promises to be a highlight of NYC Real Estate Tech Week, showcasing groundbreaking advancements and visionary leaders in the industry.

MetaProp Co-Founder and Managing Partner, Aaron Block, will join the esteemed panel of judges for the RETAs category winners. “MetaProp’s long standing experience producing the Global PropTech Awards has highlighted the transformative impact of recognizing excellence in real estate technology," said Block. This year's awards program introduces new categories and a streamlined application process to highlight a diverse range of talents and innovations. To support the real estate tech ecosystem, CREtech has waived the application fee for the 2024 RETAs.

• Mid-Market Growth

Founder Categories:

• Impact Entrepreneur of the Year
• Founder of the Year

Winners will receive an invitation to participate in a Pitch Competition at CREtech New York, where they will present their innovative solutions on the Main Stage to an audience of industry leaders, investors, and peers. This exciting opportunity will be the closing session of CREtech New York on November 14, providing a platform for winners to gain significant exposure and recognition.
