Link Logistics, a prominent operator of logistics real estate assets in the United States, proudly announced that it has been honored with the 2024 ENERGY STAR Partner of the Year Sustained Excellence Award by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). This prestigious award marks the third consecutive year that Link Logistics has received recognition as a top corporate energy management program. Notably, the Company has also attained the Sustained Excellence distinction for the first time, highlighting its outstanding leadership and commitment to sustainability year after year.

In addition to the Partner of the Year award, Link Logistics was bestowed with ENERGY STAR’s Excellence in Data Innovation Award for its innovative energy and utility management program, Energy Solutions. This groundbreaking program, managed by Link Logistics’ in-house team of energy experts, focuses on reducing energy consumption across its portfolio of logistics assets and delivering energy savings for customers by overseeing utility billing and administration.

Luke J. Petherbridge, CEO of Link Logistics, expressed gratitude for the recognition, emphasizing the Company's dedication to leveraging energy data insights to help customers achieve their sustainability objectives while creating value for stakeholders. Link Logistics boasts the largest ownership of industrial ENERGY STAR-certified properties in the U.S., with 51 certified properties spanning distribution centers, non-refrigerated warehouses, and refrigerated warehouses.

Sam Stockdale, Senior Vice President and Head of Sustainability at Link Logistics, highlighted the significance of these accolades in reinforcing the Company's commitment to sustainable initiatives like Energy Solutions. He emphasized the pivotal role of ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager in tracking progress toward benchmarking energy use across Link Logistics' portfolio and accelerating decarbonization efforts.

Link Logistics was previously recognized as the first-ever recipient of the ENERGY STAR Partner of the Year Award within the industrial real estate sector in 2022.
