Jamie Hodari, co-founder of Industrious, recently secured a 10-year deal for the former WeWork headquarters in Manhattan, marking Industrious' largest project yet. With WeWork's bankruptcy concluded, Industrious is innovating its flex office offerings, incorporating new designs and concepts. Known for a cautious approach, Industrious has grown to 160 locations in 65 cities worldwide, distinguishing itself from riskier competitors like WeWork. As the flex office industry stabilizes post-pandemic, Hodari envisions flex offices becoming integral to major companies, complementing their main headquarters. Despite a past threat from WeWork's Adam Neumann, Industrious has thrived by emphasizing sustainable growth and community building.
