Montauk Climate, a firm focused on advancing technology in climate, infrastructure, and energy transitions, has appointed Kirk Hourdajian as Partner and Head of Venture. Hourdajian brings over two decades of experience from roles at Vista Equity Partners, TPG, and PwC's Sustainable Business Solutions Practice. In his new role, he will drive Montauk Climate's investment strategies and support the growth of transformative climate technology companies.

Hourdajian previously led climate and impact initiatives at Vista Equity Partners and contributed to sustainability efforts at TPG and PwC. His experience aligns with Montauk Climate's mission to develop profitable, high-impact climate solutions. Montauk Climate, launched in March 2024, leverages a network of industry experts to accelerate the transition to sustainable energy and digitization.
