New York, NY — June 30, 2026 — CREtech, the world’s leading community of professionals devoted to technological and sustainable innovation in the built world, today announced the launch of Women in CREtech, a new initiative designed to spotlight, connect, and advance the women driving commercial real estate and technology forward.
Launching live at CREtech New York, October 20–21, 2026 at the Javits Center, Women in CREtech will create a dedicated space for women across commercial real estate, technology, investment, development, operations, and innovation to build relationships, share insight, and access new opportunities.
The initiative was created in response to a persistent industry gap: women make up more than a third of the commercial real estate workforce, yet remain significantly underrepresented in executive leadership and in the capital funding the next generation of innovation. Women in CREtech is designed to help close that gap by bringing more women into the rooms where decisions are made, companies are built, capital is deployed, and the future of the industry is shaped.

Women in CREtech will be anchored by an on-site experience at CREtech New York and supported by year-round community engagement. Key elements include:

Women’s TableTalk: An intimate, women-only peer roundtable designed for senior leaders to trade strategy, compare notes, and build meaningful industry relationships.
A dedicated networking lounge: A space on the CREtech New York show floor for women to connect, recharge, and meet peers shaping the future of commercial real estate.
Women-led webinars and podcast conversations: Exclusive content focused on leadership, female founders, AI’s real impact, and navigating a rapidly changing industry.
A year-round community: Women who register for CREtech New York will be welcomed into the Women in CREtech WhatsApp community, creating a peer network that continues long after the event.
