Why Women in CREtech exists.
Women make up more than a third of the people working in commercial real estate — but only a fraction of its leadership, and a sliver of the capital funding what's next. We built Women in CREtech to help close that gap, starting with getting more women into the room.
More than a session.
A commitment.
Women in CREtech is a dedicated space for women across commercial real estate and technology to connect, build relationships, share insight, and access new opportunities — in an industry where they remain significantly underrepresented.
Our focus this year is simple: get more women in the room at CREtech New York, and make the on-site experience unmissable — anchored by programming, a stage for female founders, and a network that lasts all year.

What's waiting for you on-site.
A stage for female founders
A dedicated Innovation Stage session spotlighting the women building the next generation of proptech — founders worth knowing, front and center.
A seat at the roundtable
An intimate, women-only peer roundtable to trade strategy, compare notes, and build relationships with senior leaders from across the industry.
A space that's yours
A dedicated lounge on the show floor to connect, recharge, and meet the women shaping CRE — the easiest introductions you'll make all event.
Conversations that go further
Exclusive access to a women-led webinar and podcast series — candid conversations on leadership, female founders, AI's real impact, and navigating a male-dominated industry. Topics that reach beyond the show floor.
Women-only events all week

A Letter From Our President
Over the years, I've had the chance to sit in countless rooms where the future of commercial real estate is being decided — AI adoption, capital strategy, portfolio repositioning, operational reinvention.
What I've noticed is this: women are leading incredible work across our industry. They're allocating capital, running portfolios, building technology, and advising at the highest levels. But too often, they aren't equally represented in the rooms where the most important decisions are made.
That matters.
Women in CREtech is deeply personal to me. It's about creating meaningful access, and doing it in a way that feels substantive, not symbolic. Whether you're guiding strategy, deploying capital, building the technology, or just getting started — there's a place for you here.
I'm looking forward to welcoming you into the room.
