Nomad Tower Elevates Tenant Experience With Equiem

NEW YORK, January 23, 2019 - Global Holdings Group (“GHG”), known for its investments in iconic office buildings, hotels and luxury residential developments, announced it has appointed global property technology and services company, Equiem, to roll out its market-leading tenant engagement platform at Nomad Tower, one of GHG’s premier Class-A New York City office buildings.

Located on the edge of Manhattan’s NoMad neighborhood and comprising approximately 700,000 square feet, Nomad Tower is the second largest building in GHG’s portfolio and the first to roll out the Equiem experience. Nomad Tower is currently undergoing an extensive 50-million-dollar capital improvement program, which includes a new entrance, lobby, amenity spaces and outdoor terrace. With a number of new tenants arriving in the coming months, including leading online real estate marketplace Zillow, Equiem will forge a key component of Global Holding’s strategy to attract and retain tenants by creating a vibrant, connected and service-rich community for all inhabitants.

Branded as ‘Our Nomad Tower’, Equiem’s platform is designed to maximize user interaction and enjoyment of

the new dedicated tenant amenities, which include an amphitheater, conference rooms, a fitness center, a lounge and a bike room.

Our Nomad Tower users will be able to book meeting rooms, order click and collect items through the Equiem store, RSVP and attend regular Nomad Tower community events, as well as access the wealth of curated content posted to the platform daily. The platform, available via app and online, will grant access to a varied and exciting line-up of exclusive new amenities, events, competitions and offers, including a unique range of discounts and promotions with numerous local retailers and leisure operators.

The first quarter launch will mark Equiem’s 18th launch since expanding into the USA just 18 months ago. The firm’s technology is rolled out across more than 57 million square feet of space worldwide and is already contracted for more than 5 million square feet of prime commercial space across the USA.
