James Pellatt, former director of innovation at GPE, has established Digital Trees, a consultancy dedicated to guiding real estate firms on digital transformation and AI integration. Digital Trees aims to assist property companies in building robust data infrastructures to support business analysis and provide strategic guidance on AI adoption. Pellatt emphasized the importance of helping industry leaders set a clear vision for technology use, noting that one of the primary challenges in tech adoption is often a lack of understanding at the executive level. Pellatt will also maintain his non-executive roles with Laiout, Pi Labs, and Eleco.
