These prestigious awards recognize the most innovative and transformative companies, leaders, and products in the real estate tech ecosystem.

The RETAs have become a hallmark of excellence in the industry, celebrating outstanding achievements and breakthroughs that are shaping the future of real estate. This year, the awards program promises to be more exciting than ever, with new categories and a streamlined nomination process designed to highlight a diverse range of talents and innovations.  In a move to support the real estate tech ecosystem and make the awards accessible to all, CREtech has waived the application fee for the 2024 RETAs.

Categories and Recognition

The 2024 RETAs will feature five categories, three focusing on companies and two highlighting the founders who are revolutionizing the industry:

3. Mature Growth

Founder Categories:

1. Impact Entrepreneur of the Year
2. Founder of the Year

Winners of these categories will receive an invitation to participate in a Pitch Competition at CREtech New York, the leading event shaping the future of real estate. This exciting opportunity will give winners the chance to take the Main Stage and present their innovative solutions to an audience of industry leaders, investors, and peers.
