Augmenta, a leader in autonomous building design, has secured $10 million in seed funding to advance its AI-driven platform for the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry. Led by Prelude Ventures with participation from Montage Ventures, this investment brings Augmenta’s total funding to $25.6 million and reinforces its mission to streamline and automate building design.

The funding will be used to:

• Expand AI capabilities for electrical, mechanical, and plumbing system design
• Accelerate adoption of generative AI in construction
• Enhance sustainability by reducing waste and optimizing design efficiency

Augmenta’s technology automates complex design processes, minimizing errors, reducing costs, and improving sustainability. As the construction industry faces growing challenges in efficiency and environmental impact, Augmenta’s AI-driven approach is poised to redefine how buildings are designed.

This funding follows a strategic partnership with ENG, a global leader in Building Information Modeling (BIM), further integrating AI into the future of automated building design.
