It's amazing how much innovation is taking place in the CRE tech sector. Not just in the U.S. but increasingly internationally. At CRE // Tech, while the bulk of our operation is in the States, we do keep our eye on and track prop tech around the world. And we ourselves plan to be expanding globally in the not too distant future. One of the sites that has really caught my attention is SineHQ.com. Very cool company. CEO, Antony Ceravolo has been in the tech sector on the video and content side of the sector and has a tremendous track record. Headquartered in Australia, Antony has grown the company in the last two years from two people to a global network with operations now in Europe, APAC and the U.S.! Pretty amazing growth. Sine took the airline check in experience of mobile boarding passes and applied that to everything in the real estate space. The company has built a state-of-the-art intelligent visitor and contractor software product that is incredibly easy to use and incredibly efficient.

Schools, councils, offices, retail, industrial and mining facilities are using Sine to check-in visitors, contractors, staff, students and couriers quickly and securely. Sine works across the web, iPad and free mobile apps for iPhone and Android. Mobile check-in is possible at every-day facilities using your phone to check-in and out of sites quickly. Integrations are easy to set up within virtually any buildingmanagement systems. I am confident that Antony and his team are clearly on to something.
