I met up with Jack at The Bryant Park Grill in NYC recently. Had a great chat about his background in development in Chicago and now in the CRE tech space. Jack’s site, (RE)meter.com is an innovative software platform that offers risk assessments of tenants for real estate owners/developers/institutions. Jack’s focus is helping clients manage risk within their portfolios with innovative software solutions. Jack told me his goal with his platform is to give landlords and asset managers the ability to foresee andmitigate risk within their building/portfolio. Pretty cool stuff. Jack’s background as a developer gives him pretty unique insights into the CRE tech sector.
