Connected with Josh recently as he reached out to introduce his startup. We spoke about his background as a successful lawyer in the banking sector in Miami and his “aha” moment realizing that shopping for a commercial real estate loan was a real challenge for most investors. That lead him to found Raisal.com.

It’s a pretty simple site but one that I think has a big upside. You create one loan request and instantly shop and compare multiple lenders in your market. Sort of like Quicken Loans but for commercial. Wishing Josh and his team good luck as they set out to raise capital and build out the platform.
