Recently caught up with Jordan who reached out to give me an update on their progress at LavaMap. I initially connected with Jordan when he first started the site a while back and it was good to see how much progress he and his team have made. Super nice guy with big ideas on how data and information should be more easily assembled and digested for real estate professionals. LavaMap provides property owners and investors with a platform to managing and selling their properties and for investors, they are focused on making it easier than ever to learn more about potential investments, and connect with potential deal opportunities.

One of the coolest aspects of the LavaMap platform is their emphasis on “off-market” deal opportunities which I think has big potential. Available in NYC currently, I would keep my eye on Jordan and LavaMap. They are doing some really cool stuff.
