Mike Mullin, President, Integrated Business Systems (IBS)

Mike and his team at IBS are doing some really cool stuff. We connected recently and Mike shared some of his company's recent initiatives. They have a product called Imperium that includes a full suite of residential and commercial property management/accounting features that address virtually all property management and construction management tasks, and provides a completely integrated and sophisticated accounting system. Their mission is to help their clients eliminate information silos. Imperium, powered by Acumatica, puts information in the multi-cloud environment but makes it available anytime, on any browser in a format that can easily be digested.

Mike has been a key player in the CRE technology space for more than two decades. He joined IBS seven years ago to scale IBS’s legacy of superior customer service and deeply functional software into a national player by supporting the firm’s existing customers and working to expand its client base. Prior to IBS Mike held positions at various high-profile industry organizations including Yardi Systems, First Advantage/SafeRent and GEAC Computers.

Mike shared an important piece of advice for anyone in the space or entering the space and I couldn’t agree more! “While we are in a brick and mortar industry, at the end of the day, it is all about the people and our relationships. Strive to develop quality relationships with all your stakeholders, that is how you will be remembered.”
