I had the chance to stop by the booth of GeoCV and connect with Jonathan Klein who heads Sales at the start up and who has been super supportive with all we are trying to do at CRE // Tech. While reconnecting with Jonathan, I had the pleasure of meeting Anton Yakubenko, Co-Founder/CEO. Super nice guy and wicked smart. Anton's extensive tech background is in 3D computer vision research and development. He's been working in this industry for a long time.

GeoCV is a 3D capturing reality company. They leverage new-generation smartphones with 3D cameras to capture the space in 3D and 360, and thus enable anyone to view it remotely as they are actually there. GeoCV helps agents and brokerages stand out from the competitors and make their listing a must-see. They’ve developed advanced automated technology and introduced an efficient business model to offer accessible solutions and service.

When I asked Anton what is most gratifying about working in the real estate tech space he commented, "Seeing our customers selling their listings literally in a single day with the help of our technology is incredibly rewarding."

GeoCv has a lot of really cool new products and solutions they are working on including 3D space tours and floor plan simulations. Really cutting edge stuff. And with the backing of some really sophisticated investors and good market buzz I would absolutely keep my eyes on what Anton, Jonathan and crew are doing at GeoCV.
