I had lunch recently with my old friend Bill Tracy in Morristown, NJ not too far from his CoStar office. Bill has been in the commercial real estate advertising sector forever :) and CoStar for the past 13 years. We spoke about the many new initiatives CoStar is focused on and their hugely successful entrance into the multifamily sector as well. We touched on the CRE tech sector overall and he hinted at some fairly dramatic offerings coming down the road from CoStar. Obviously when the largest CRE tech and data company sets their sites on something, those in the industry should take notice.
