CREtech New York Announces Eric Cohen, Managing Director of Development and Construction at Kennedy Wilson, as Main Stage Speaker

Speaker Announcement (21)

New York, NY — July 15, 2026 — CREtech New York, the leading real estate AI and innovation event, today announced that Eric Cohen, Managing Director, Development and Construction at Kennedy Wilson, will speak on the Main Stage at CREtech New York 2026, taking place October 20–21 at the Javits Center in New York City.

Cohen will participate in “The Effective Tech Stack for Multifamily: From Operations to Resident Experience” on Tuesday, October 20 at 1:00 PM EDT.

Technology has become a core part of multifamily infrastructure, influencing everything from development and construction to property operations, asset performance and the resident experience. As owners and operators adopt a growing number of platforms and point solutions, the session will address one of the industry’s most pressing questions: what does an effective and scalable multifamily technology stack actually look like in practice?

Sponsored and moderated by Konrad Koczwara, CEO and Founder of ElevateOS, the discussion will bring together leaders from Kennedy Wilson, Waterton and Morgan Properties to share how major multifamily organizations are selecting, integrating and scaling technology across diversified portfolios.

Cohen will be joined by:

  • Doug Pearce, Executive Vice President, Information Technology, Waterton
  • Devang Patel, Head of Technology, Morgan Properties
  • Konrad Koczwara, CEO and Founder, ElevateOS, Moderator

The panel will explore how operators are consolidating disconnected technology systems, where digital tools are creating the greatest operational efficiencies and how resident-facing platforms are changing communication, service delivery and satisfaction.

Cohen will bring an especially important development and construction perspective to the conversation. His participation will help connect the technology decisions made during design and construction with the long-term operational realities of a multifamily asset, including system integration, building performance, scalability and the resident experience from the first day of occupancy.

Kennedy Wilson is a global real estate investment company with a major focus on rental housing. The company currently has an equity ownership interest in more than 40,000 residential units and is financing approximately 30,000 units of new-construction market-rate multifamily and student housing.

Following its acquisition of Toll Brothers’ Apartment Living platform in 2025, Kennedy Wilson significantly expanded its U.S. multifamily and student housing development business. The transaction included a multibillion-dollar portfolio and development pipeline, positioning Kennedy Wilson as one of the country’s leading multifamily development companies.

The session will provide practical insight into what is working across large multifamily portfolios, including how companies are approaching platform integration, operational efficiency, resident engagement and technology planning throughout the full lifecycle of an asset.
