Patel will join the Main Stage on Tuesday, October 20 at 1:00 PM for a session currently titled “The Effective Tech Stack for Multifamily.” The discussion will bring together leading innovation executives in multifamily to explore which technology strategies are driving the greatest impact across operations, property performance, and the resident experience.
As SVP, Head of Technology at Morgan Properties, Patel leads the company’s enterprise technology strategy across infrastructure, corporate systems, property technology, resident-facing digital platforms, and data and analytics. His work supports a nationwide portfolio of more than 110,000 units and 400 properties, making him one of the leading technology voices shaping the future of multifamily real estate.
Prior to joining Morgan Properties, Patel spent more than 20 years in senior technology roles at Manulife John Hancock and Vanguard, supporting major business functions including U.S. Retirement 401(k), Human Resources, Retail B2C, Investment Management, and Operations. He holds a B.E. in Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology and an MBA from Saint Joseph’s University, and has completed executive programs through The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
