Every registered attendee gets access, whether or not you or your organization purchased meetings. You'll get to take part in as many 14-minute, double opt-in meetings as you'd like (both sides have to say yes), up to 15 time slots, limited only by your own availability and mutual interest. It's how you meet potential partners, uncover the newest startups, find new solutions for your organization, or make your next move — across dozens of use cases. All meetings are pre-scheduled, so you arrive onsite to CREtech with a calendar full of relevant, face-to-face conversations. **There are only 4 steps to ensure that you can participate in CREtech Meetup:** - **Complete Your Profile (September 9-28)**: Attendees will be able to log in and complete a short profile with over 100+ data points — this is what helps others decide to meet you. - **Request Meetings (September 29-October 2):** Everyone's profile becomes visible at the same time so browse through and select everyone you want to meet with. - **Opt In to Requests You’ve Received (October 5-8):** Opt in to every request from someone you'd meet. - **Accept Your Meetings (October 9-14)**: You’ll receive an email to review and accept each of your meetings. You will receive a calendar invite for each meeting that is accepted by both parties. Meetup meetings take place onsite during the event.
