Global Investor Perspectives To Take Center Stage At FUTURE PropTech

London (19 February 2020) - FUTURE PropTech, part of the World’s number one real estate technology event series, will bring together global investors for “The Real Estate Investors Perspective'' track on the morning of day 1.

The track will feature a range of formats including panel discussions on “Real Estate Investment in a Changing World” and “Beyond PropTech: Future-Proofing Your Real Estate Portfolio.” Panellists will share their outlook for the sector in a time of unprecedented change, identifying the economic and industry trends to look out for in the coming years and how to extract value whilst also mitigating risk. Another highlight will be a case study on the £1bn transformation of Olympia, London with financier, Yoo Capital and architect,  SPPARC.

The latest investor to be added to the growing line-up is Zsolt Kholani, Global Head of Real Estate and Co-CEO of Pictet (Alternative Advisors). Mr Kohalmi brings over 2 decades of pan-European investment experience, and has invested in excess of $20 billion into all real estate asset classes in more than 20 European countries throughout several life cycles.

He will be joined by James Fortescue, Partner, Acquisitions of Europa Capital, Lesley Chen Davison, Chief Investment Officer of Seaforth Land and Robert Wolstenholme, Founder & CEO of Trilogy Real Estate with more top investors yet to be confirmed.
