Brevitas is an commercial real estate sales software accompanied with a global marketplace. We provide powerful tools to help brokers market, manage, and transact.

What problems are you solving for real estate professionals?

We are helping investment sales professionals by providing smart marketing processes and internal communication systems for brokerages. We provide tools that allow brokers to market smarter and transact faster. Investors get access to an exclusive inventory or listings only available to principals.

What is the latest news on your product?

Brevitas now has over 700 "private" listings exclusive to the marketplace and over $18 Billion in property for sale.

What are your views on the current real estate tech sector?

Our views are one of network/platform thinking, there are many good services and tools in the CRE tech space, we are working diligently to connect these services on one central platform. Brevitas has now integrated with over 8 CRE services helping to provide even more value to our members.

What are your future plans?

We are building AI systems to connect brokers and buyers with ideal contacts to transact with.
