InstaLend is an online lending platform for residential real estate, allowing accredited individuals to invest as little as $5,000 in senior debt opportunities.

What problems are you solving for real estate professionals?

We are helping accredited investors to get access to passive real estate investments that pay monthly interest. We are also helping flippers get access to a new source of financing, via the crowd.

What is the latest news on your product?

We have funded over 45 loans and originated close to $7M since inception.

What are your views on the current real estate tech sector?

There has been a lot of institutional interest in the space and the coming 3-5 years will allow this industry to find more mainstream adaptation.

What are your future plans?

Our plans in the near future are to ensure we monitor our originated loans closely and have them perform as projected.
