What problems are you solving for real estate professionals?

At the end of the day people are still watching movies, getting a ride, and listening to music -- but the experience has been completely transformed as a result of those platforms. There is nothing to install. You can share models with anyone with the click of a button. No saving, attaching, importing, and vice versa. Your recipients don't need a licensed copy of FUEL to access the models. You can even work together on the same models at the same time. Calculations are instantaneous and accurate. Pricing is flexible and value-based. And, FUEL is as beautiful as it is powerful thanks to its intuitive, industry-driven design. I could go on and on but you get the idea.

What is the latest news on your product?

The are several exciting and important features on the horizon for FUEL such as Mobility, Integration with complementary platforms including VTS and others, and SSAE Controls for product development and delivery just to name a few.

What are your views on the current real estate tech sector?

Over the past five years growth and adoption of cutting-edge technology in CRE has reached all-time highs. For our team, it’s exciting to contribute to the transformation of an industry that we are all very passionate about improving. And selfishly, we love working with some of the most innovative minds that TECH (not just CREtech) and Finance have to offer. ]

What are your future plans?

We have several exciting initiatives, partnerships, and etc. that we are itching to tell the market. Many of our customers are aware of these plans. Everyone else will need to wait or become a client!
