New York (October 1, 2021) CREtech, the world’s leading community of professionals devoted to technological innovation in the real estate sector, has announced Alexander Gebauer, CEO West Europe, Allianz Real Estate and Mikkel Bülow-Lehnsby, Co-Founder and Chairman, NREP, as keynote speakers at CREtech London, this October 27-28. Formerly known as FUTURE PropTech until acquired by CREtech in 2019, CREtech London is Europe’s most important real estate tech networking event.

Alexander Gebauer, Chief Executive Officer, West Europe for Allianz Real Estate will take centre stage on the first day of the conference. Prior to his position as CEO, West Europe, Alexander was Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Allianz Real Estate and Chief Executive Officer at Allianz Real Estate France. Alexander is a member of the Executive Committee and a voting member of the Equity Investment Committee as well as a member of the European Executive Committee of ULI. 

On the second day of the conference, attendees will hear insights from Mikkel Bülow-Lehnsby, Co-Founder and Chairman, NREP, a leading Northern European real estate investment house driven by a mission of making real estate better. Mikkel currently focuses on his leadership as Chairman in NREP and Chairman of the Investment Committee of “2150” an Urban Sustainability Tech fund focused on applying technology to make real estate better, as part of the overall NREP purpose.
