What's the site you love?

Michael: I love TripIt. It’s a travel organizer that integrates my plane, rental car and hotel plans into trip itineraries.

How do you use it?

Michael: When I book travel, I usually receive an email confirmation. I forward this confirmation to my TripIt account. TripIt organizes all the details and builds my travel itinerary complete with confirmation numbers, hotel addresses and more. TripIt then feeds me this information as I travel by sending me text and email alerts for all my plans. I also use their app on my iPhone to review my plans.

Why do you love it?

Michael: TripIt is easy. The email forwarding mechanism is incredible because it integrates so well with my normal workflow. I think the biggest thing for me is that it makes me more efficient with a minimal amount of time on my part.

 Who should use it?

Michael: Frequent travelers should use TripIt. They have a free version for the less frequent travels, but I’d use it even it was only for family vacations.

 What they should do next?

Michael: Inspire other software makers to achieve a similar great “experience” in their respective tools.
