Jack Resnick & Sons announced that workspace provider Knotel has signed a 19,563 s/f lease at 250 Hudson Street, a 15-story, 400,000 s/f property in the Hudson Square neighborhood. Knotel’s new space encompasses a large portion of the 3rd floor of the building, which is situated within steps of Soho, TriBeCa and the Hudson River Park.
