The Seattle-based firm said Friday it entered a definitive agreement to merge with PropTech Acquisition Corp., a Los Angeles-based special acquisition company, or SPAC, formed last year by Abu Dhabi Investment Authority veterans Thomas Hennessey and Joseph Beck.
