New York, NY (January, 30 2023) — CREtech, the largest international community of professionals devoted to technological innovation in the real estate sector, has announced that Charlie Green, Co-Founder, The Office Group (TOG), and Andrew Waugh, Founding Director, Waugh Thistleton Architects, will take center stage at CREtech London, this 10th-11th May.

In 2022, TOG has grown to over 50 Work Spaces across the UK and Germany. Passionate about design, architecture and sustainability, Co-Founder, Charlie, is vocal about the real estate sector’s responsibility to make a positive impact – both on people and the environment. He brings a human dimension to a bricks-and-mortar industry and has driven The Office Group’s innovative approach to workspace design, which treats every building individually; respecting its character to create unique experiences for The Office Group members.

Andrew is a Founding Director of Waugh Thistleton Architects, a practice dedicated to delivering beautiful buildings and places that acknowledge their effect on the environment. He is a world-renowned spokesperson for low impact architecture and innovative construction, and lobbies and lectures internationally, communicating the urgent need for change to mitigate the climate crisis. A pivotal player in the global shift towards renewable, bio-based materials, Andrew’s innovative approach to design has been acknowledged by many awards including The RIBA President’s Award for Research and a Stirling Prize nomination in 2018. The practice is currently engaged on both research and design projects throughout Europe and North America.
