The proceeds from this round will be used to accelerate the development of Carson’s new features with enhanced capabilities, with broader geographic reach.

Founded in 2017 by property management software veteran, Guy Blachman (following the successful acquisition of his previous ActiveBuilding/MyBuilding venture in 2013 by RealPage), Carson has developed a new technology standard for operating unstaffed residential buildings - per the global standard set by BuildingLink for larger buildings with on-site staff.

Carson’s technology and services platform brings the experience of living at large, staffed, residential properties to buildings without onsite personnel, at an affordable price. Through the use of an intuitive mobile application that integrates best-in-class access control, keyless electronic locks, cameras, intercoms, payment, and back-end accounting systems, Carson enables property management and residents to communicate efficiently, make payments, manage guest & visitor access, and to conveniently accept resident package deliveries at buildings via the 24/7 remote service center.
